Young Academics Bulldogs signed jersey Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

  • 1. Promoter 

    The promoter is Young Academics Early Learning Centre (ABN 80 642 876 588), located at Block E2/350 Parramatta Road, Homebush West NSW 2140, Australia.

  • 2. Promotion Period 

    The promotion commences on Sunday 27 July 2025 and closes on Sunday 24 August 2025 at 11:59pm (AEST). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

  • 3. Eligibility 
    • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 
    • Employees (and their immediate family members) of Young Academics, the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, and related partner organisations are ineligible.

  • 4. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at https://landing.youngacademics.com.au/bulldogs-jersey-giveaway during the Promotion Period.
    • Limit: One (1) entry per person.
    • Duplicate or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 

  • 5. Prize Details 
  1. Major Prize
    • One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs jersey signed by the team, valued at $795.00.
  1. How the Winner is Selected
    1. All valid entries will be placed in a random prize draw conducted at the Young Academics Head Office on Monday, 25 August 2025 at 10:00am AEST. 
    2. The winner will be selected at random via a digital draw system. 
  • Notification
    • The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.  
    • If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant drawn. 

  • 6. Prize Collection 

    The signed jersey must be collected in person from the Bulldogs Members Services Area at a home game at Accor Stadium specified by Young Academics or at an alternate agreed Young Academics location. 

    Each winner must: 

    • Present a valid form of identification; and

    • Provide the confirmation email sent by Young Academics.
  • Failure to collect the prize within the arranged time will result in forfeiture unless otherwise arranged in writing with the promoter.

  • 7. Use of Personal Information 

    By entering the promotion, you consent to Young Academics collecting, storing, and using your personal information:
    • For the purposes of this promotion; 
    • To notify and verify winners; 
    • And (unless you opt out) for future marketing communications.

  • 8. General Conditions
    • The promoter’s decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

      All entries become the property of the promoter. 
    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Young Academics to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

  • 9. Liability 

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Young Academics and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs accept no responsibility for:      
    • Any lost, late, or misdirected entries; 
    • Any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.

  • 10. Right to Modify or Terminate
  • Young Academics reserves the right to:   
    • Cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control affect its ability to operate fairly or safely (e.g. natural disaster, security incident, etc.); 
    • Disqualify entries that tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms & Conditions.

  • 11. Governing Law 

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

  • 12. Intellectual Property 

    All trademarks, logos, and related promotional content remain the intellectual property of Young Academics Early Learning Centre and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club Limited. Use without permission is prohibited.

  • 13. Tax Obligations

    Any tax liability or duty arising from prize acceptance is the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • 14. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer 

    Where any element of the prize involves a third-party provider (e.g. the Bulldogs), Young Academics takes no responsibility for the conduct of that provider. Any issues must be directed to the relevant party.
